PT. Global Energy Alkesindo is seeking a dedicated Technical Product Aesthetic Specialist to ensure our products maintain peak performance and visual excellence throughout their lifecycle. In this critical role, you'll diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting pre and post-sales equipment while bridging gaps between service and quality control teams. Your expertise will directly enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring products meet rigorous aesthetic and functional standards. You'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop efficient troubleshooting protocols and implement preventive measures. This position requires a blend of technical acumen and communication finesse to translate complex technical solutions into actionable plans for both internal teams and clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical evaluations and root-cause analysis for pre/post-sales equipment issues
- Develop and implement effective troubleshooting solutions for product aesthetic and functional defects
- Coordinate between service teams and QC departments to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Monitor equipment performance patterns to identify recurring technical challenges
- Document technical findings and recommend design improvements to prevent future issues
- Train service teams on advanced diagnostic techniques and quality standards
- Collaborate with R&D to implement enhanced product durability and aesthetic features
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical product evaluation or quality control
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment testing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving in technical environments
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Certification in Six Sigma or Quality Management Systems preferred
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and technical documentation systems
