Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end technical product lifecycle for credit and debit card products, from discovery to launch and optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement secure digital provisioning and card-on-file solutions.
- Develop and manage technical product roadmaps focused on fraud detection, 3D Secure (3DS) authentication, and risk mitigation.
- Define detailed functional and technical requirements, including API documentation and system integration workflows.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to streamline the digital onboarding process for new cardholders, reducing friction while maintaining compliance.
- Analyze industry trends and regulatory changes (such as PCI-DSS) to ensure product features remain competitive and compliant.
- Manage stakeholders across business, legal, and technical departments to align product goals with corporate strategy.
- Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production releases to ensure high-quality, bug-free deployments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Product Management, specifically within the Fintech or Banking sector.
- Deep understanding of the payment card industry, including Visa/Mastercard networks, EMV standards, and digital wallets (Apple Pay/Google Pay).
- Strong technical background with the ability to read and discuss API documentation (REST/JSON) and system architecture.
- Proven experience in fraud prevention technologies and identity verification protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product development and performance monitoring.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
