Tanggung Jawab
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for SeaTalk, from discovery and problem definition to solution design and go-to-market.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to architect AI-driven features that enhance workplace productivity and collaboration.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable user stories and product roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities for growth.
- Define, monitor, and report on key product performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating product vision, strategy, and progress transparently.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI/ML models into the core product architecture to deliver tangible user value.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between complex technical engineering constraints and business requirements.
- Experience working with AI/ML-driven features or enterprise productivity suites.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of managing product releases from conception to deployment in an Agile environment.
