In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, defining the product strategy to ensure that our platform remains a safe, enjoyable, and creative space for millions of users globally.
You will work cross-functionally with world-class engineering, research, and data science teams to identify safety risks inherent in large language models and generative media. You will bridge the gap between complex technical AI research and user-centric product features, translating abstract safety challenges into actionable, scalable technical solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the product roadmap for GenAI safety features, ensuring alignment with global regulatory standards and company ethics.
- Collaborate with AI Research and Engineering teams to develop and deploy robust model evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of GenAI features on user safety, iterating based on data-driven insights and emerging threat landscapes.
- Partner with policy and operations teams to translate safety guidelines into technical requirements for LLM fine-tuning and content moderation.
- Lead cross-functional launches of safety tools, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders across APAC and global regions.
- Drive continuous improvement in AI model performance by implementing feedback loops from user interactions and edge-case testing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical product management, AI/ML engineering, or complex data-centric roles.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLM architectures, and current safety challenges in content generation.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles in high-growth, high-scale digital platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-focused product documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with cross-functional global teams.
- Experience with model evaluation methodologies, safety benchmarking, or AI governance frameworks is highly preferred.
