Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Product Managers in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
- Conduct thorough manual and automated testing of software applications to identify bugs, defects, and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand technical specifications and ensure test cases accurately reflect expected behavior.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results, maintaining clear and concise records of the QA process.
- Report, track, and manage software defects using issue tracking systems, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Participate in product reviews and sprint planning meetings, providing valuable input from a quality assurance perspective.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides and FAQs.
- Research industry best practices in product management and quality assurance to continuously improve our processes.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Familiarity with any issue tracking software (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
- A genuine interest in blockchain technology, digital assets, or financial technology (Fintech).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative hybrid team.
