Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced technical support for Autolube & Fire Suppression Systems to customers and principals
- Lead troubleshooting initiatives for complex system failures and performance issues

- Conduct comprehensive product analysis and performance evaluation
- Supervise and mentor technical support team members

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years experience in technical support or engineering roles
- Expertise in hydraulic systems, fire suppression technology, or industrial automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven leadership experience with technical teams
