Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery to ensure continuous operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, inverters, and complex electrical circuits.
- Conduct regular inspections of industrial mechanical systems to identify and mitigate potential failures.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and machinery upgrades.
- Monitor and record equipment performance metrics to support data-driven maintenance decisions.
- Ensure all technical activities comply with company safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize production bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma degree (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automotive Engineering.
- Proven hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a similar production environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting PLC systems and industrial inverters.
- Deep knowledge of industrial electrical systems, sensors, and control panels.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to the demanding nature of field production work.
