Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end program execution for enterprise customer implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional resources across engineering, product, and customer success teams
- Implement robust governance frameworks to track program health, budget compliance, and quality standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive-level reporting and status updates
- Drive continuous improvement in program delivery methodologies and tooling
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for complex technical programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or project delivery in enterprise software environments
- Proven expertise in managing complex data/AI implementation projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and program management frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills for risk assessment and data-driven decision making
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data technologies (Spark, MLflow)
- Excellent communication abilities with technical and non-technical stakeholders
