Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end cybersecurity programs for AI and enterprise products across Google's global infrastructure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and security specialists to deliver complex security initiatives
- Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans aligned with security objectives and business priorities
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, NIST, SOC 2)
- Drive security-by-design principles in AI development lifecycle and product architecture
- Monitor program performance metrics and provide executive-level reporting on security posture
- Foster collaboration between security teams and business units to embed security best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management with cybersecurity focus
- Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs in AI/ML or enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of security frameworks, threat modeling, and risk management methodologies
- Strong expertise in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
- Experience with agile development methodologies and security integration practices
- Certifications in CISSP, CISM, or PMP preferred
