Google is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Data Center Construction team in Sungai Buloh. In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end execution of complex data center builds, ensuring that our global infrastructure scales to meet the ever-increasing demands of our users and enterprise customers.
As a TPM, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, construction, and operations. You will bridge the gap between technical design teams, on-site construction contractors, and global stakeholders to deliver breakthrough capabilities. This position requires a strategic mindset, an eye for operational excellence, and the ability to navigate large-scale capital projects with precision and speed.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex data center construction projects, managing scope, budget, and timelines from design through commissioning.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, procurement, legal, and facilities teams to ensure project alignment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to prevent bottlenecks in construction workflows.
- Oversee on-site technical progress, ensuring all building standards and Google infrastructure requirements are met.
- Manage external partners, contractors, and vendors to ensure deliverables meet contractual and technical specifications.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize site selection, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction efficiency and sustainability metrics across the APAC region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, specifically within large-scale mission-critical or industrial infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar capital expenditure projects with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong technical understanding of data center design, power systems, cooling, and structured cabling.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or PRINCE2) and tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as required to regional data center sites and international offices.
