- Lead end-to-end program management for global data center network infrastructure construction projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and vendor partners
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution throughout project lifecycles
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Implement continuous improvement processes for construction methodologies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Expertise in data center construction methodologies and network infrastructure
- Proven track record managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and project forecasting
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Primavera)
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and standards
