- Lead strategic programs to optimize global server fleet operations and drive efficiency improvements
- Develop and implement analytics frameworks to monitor, analyze, and improve server performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement automation solutions for fleet management
- Manage cross-functional teams to execute complex technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Create and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or infrastructure roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization for operational insights
- Excellent project management skills with proven track record of delivering complex technical programs
- Experience with server infrastructure, distributed systems, and large-scale operations
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
