Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage complex WAN infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with Google's strategic goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including network engineers, software developers, and operations specialists
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive capacity planning initiatives to ensure optimal network performance and scalability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or project management, preferably in network infrastructure
- Strong understanding of WAN technologies, protocols, and architectures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA)
