Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end railway MRO projects with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
- Develop and implement technical solutions for railway system maintenance and upgrades
- Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed engineering documentation
- Monitor project budgets, resources, and quality control measures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical requirements with operational goals
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in railway MRO or heavy engineering projects
- Strong proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Deep understanding of railway systems and maintenance protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
