Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Webflow and CRM specialists to ensure project excellence.
- Oversee the end-to-end development cycle of client websites on the Webflow platform.
- Configure and integrate GoHighLevel CRM workflows to meet specific client automation requirements.
- Establish quality assurance processes to ensure bug-free, high-performance website deliveries.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to meet strict deadlines.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to streamline team productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical project management or web development leadership.
- Expert-level proficiency in Webflow (design, CMS, and interactions).
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM configuration and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate remote or hybrid teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing engagements.
