Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Act as primary liaison between clients and technical teams to manage expectations and requirements
- Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and timelines while implementing corrective actions when needed
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular reporting and status updates
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management within manufacturing or logistics
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
