Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects within the software development lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear technical roadmaps and user stories.
- Manage project schedules, budget tracking, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and technical blockers.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and designers to ensure code quality and project alignment.
- Produce clear, accurate project documentation and status reports for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical project management or similar software delivery roles.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes, APIs, and modern tech stacks.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a full-remote setting.
