Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project status updates and performance reporting.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical development teams, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Drive quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Coordinate resource allocation and manage team capacity to optimize project throughput.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within an IT consulting environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical architecture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, PRINCE2) is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure environments with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
