Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for technical data and surveying initiatives.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
- Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets to ensure all milestones are met with high-quality outcomes.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow transitions.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams through regular status reporting and meetings.
- Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team productivity.
- Implement and maintain Agile or Waterfall methodologies as required by project needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Project Management or a similar lead role.
- Proven expertise in software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PMP).
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architecture, databases, and APIs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
