Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless collaboration
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and progress reports
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular reviews and assessments
- Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while maintaining project scope and objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the identity and security technology sector
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and experience in managing project risks and issues
