- Lead end-to-end technical project lifecycles from initiation to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and QA
- Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative delivery
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of technical project management experience in ICT
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum and project management tools (Jira, Trello)
- Technical background with understanding of software development processes
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional team coordination skills
- Certification in project management (PMP, CSM) preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time
