Join PropNex as a Technical Project Manager and spearhead transformative real estate technology initiatives. You will lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, driving the development of scalable solutions across CRM systems, automation frameworks, mobile applications, and integrated platforms. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full project lifecycle for real estate tech initiatives including CRM, automation, and mobile app development
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, business units) to ensure timely delivery of scalable solutions
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while aligning with business strategy
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize project workflows and team productivity
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Report project status, KPIs, and ROI to stakeholders and executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in tech/real estate sector
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle and digital infrastructure
- Experience managing CRM implementations and mobile application development
- Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Track record of delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget
