Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for technical initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, engineers, stakeholders)
- Develop detailed project plans, scope, and resource allocation
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative delivery
- Monitor KPIs and ensure project milestones are met
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience in technical project management
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Certification (PMP, Scrum Master) preferred
- Experience with remote team coordination
- Ability to balance technical and business priorities
