Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with Rysense Ltd.'s strategic objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee the translation of data insights into actionable project requirements and tangible business outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Implement and advocate for Agile/Scrum methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and iterative development.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in technical project management, with a strong focus on digital transformation or data-intensive projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects through the full SDLC, utilizing Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of modern digital technologies, data analytics platforms, and cloud solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore for the contract duration (18 months).
