Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage multiple technical projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies from initiation to closure.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track and report project progress, metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and Scrum framework to enhance productivity and quality.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to optimize efficiency and meet organizational objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering business value.
