Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end cloud transformation projects across APAC regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Implement DevSecOps frameworks to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, operations, security) to drive agile project delivery
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure project success and continuous improvement
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting on project status and outcomes
- Drive adoption of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in technical project management with cloud transformation focus
- Proven expertise in DevSecOps practices and cloud security frameworks
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) or DevOps (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across APAC region
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate technical requirements to business value
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation tools
