Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for data centre cooling infrastructure and HVAC systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and external vendors.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular technical updates and status reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to prevent delays.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality assurance processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the Data Centre or HVAC/Industrial industry.
- Strong knowledge of cooling infrastructure technologies, including CRAC units, chillers, and chilled water systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
