We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur on an expression of interest basis. This role is pivotal in overseeing the deployment of network cabling infrastructure, including point-to-point connections, fiber optic installations, and structured cabling systems.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in cabling infrastructure will be crucial in managing complex installations and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders. You will also be involved in site assessments, risk management, and quality control. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end deployment of network cabling infrastructure projects.
- Oversee fiber optic installations, point-to-point connections, and structured cabling systems.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct site surveys and assess technical requirements for cabling projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in cabling infrastructure.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of network cabling standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
