- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
- Communicate project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders and management.
- Coordinate between technical teams and non-technical business units.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the IT industry.
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent command of project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
