Are you a seasoned Technical Project Manager looking to bridge the gap between global engineering goals and local execution? CSI Interfusion is seeking a high-caliber leader to join our dynamic team in Eastwood, Metro Manila. In this role, you will act as a pivotal link between our global stakeholders and our local Philippine engineering talent, driving complex technical deliveries and fostering a culture of high performance.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can navigate complex technical environments, manage project lifecycles with precision, and communicate effectively across borders. If you are passionate about software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and cross-cultural team coordination, we want to hear from you. Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred to facilitate seamless communication with our international partners.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end technical project lifecycles from initiation to deployment, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact between global leadership teams and the local engineering staff in Manila.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and remove roadblocks to ensure team productivity and project momentum.
- Manage project documentation, including technical requirements, progress reports, and stakeholder updates.
- Define and track key project KPIs and technical milestones, providing regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
- Drive the adoption of Agile/Scrum best practices to improve team velocity and software quality.
- Conduct regular code reviews and technical architecture meetings to ensure alignment with global standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or similar leadership roles within an IT environment.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and development workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between offshore teams and international stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
