Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to project management best practices
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing roadblocks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, design) to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Monitor project progress against KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, resources, and quality assurance processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles and technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
- Certifications in project management (PMP, CSM) are highly desirable
- Experience leading remote teams and distributed project coordination
