Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Define project scopes, create detailed schedules, and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate contingency plans
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes
- Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Technical Lead in software development environments
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Technical background with the ability to understand software architecture, databases, and cloud technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and modern web application development is a plus
