Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for web development and digital initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and product owners, to translate requirements into actionable plans.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Manage project scope, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet standards.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, roadmaps, and technical specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Project Manager within a software or web development environment.
- Strong understanding of web development processes, Agile methodologies, and UX/UI principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote, self-directed work environment.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
