We are seeking an experienced Technical Projects Supervisor to lead critical maintenance operations in our dynamic manufacturing and logistics environment. This pivotal role requires a hands-on leader to orchestrate both front-of-house and back-of-house maintenance activities, ensuring seamless daily operations. You will oversee procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by optimizing resource allocation, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and mentoring technical teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house maintenance operations across all facilities
- Oversee procurement processes for technical equipment, spare parts, and maintenance supplies
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and performance evaluations
- Lead technical teams through task delegation, training, and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate emergency maintenance response protocols during equipment failures
- Analyze maintenance data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical supervision or maintenance management
- Proven expertise in procurement processes and inventory control systems
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance methodologies
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Maintenance Management preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CMMS software and maintenance analytics tools
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to mentor technical teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure operational environments
