You will be responsible for interpreting complex technical specifications, analyzing material costs, and generating competitive quotes that align with our operational capabilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze technical drawings and BOMs (Bill of Materials) to generate accurate cost estimates and commercial quotes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Engineering, and Sales departments to ensure quote alignment with production capacity and material availability.
- Monitor and manage the quote lifecycle, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within established turnaround times.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities and value-engineering improvements during the quoting phase.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all quoted projects and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
- Support customer negotiations by providing detailed breakdowns of costs and technical assumptions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quoting process by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting automated solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a technical quoting, procurement, or manufacturing coordination role.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and understanding electronics manufacturing components.
- Strong analytical skills with an expert-level command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interface with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform accurately under tight deadlines.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
