Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical contracting roles.
- Source, screen, and interview high-caliber candidates using advanced headhunting techniques and Boolean search strings.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive engineering talent through professional networking and LinkedIn.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide consultative recruitment advice.
- Coordinate interview processes, facilitate feedback, and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring journey.
- Negotiate offer terms and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for successful contractors.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency environment focusing on technical or engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and the current contracting market landscape in Malaysia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs and hiring targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills are an asset.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
