- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles in Building & Infrastructure engineering
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers across technical departments
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate competencies
- Negotiate competitive offers and manage candidate expectations
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
- Stay current with industry trends and talent market dynamics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in Building & Infrastructure
- Proven track record in sourcing engineering talent (civil, structural, MEP)
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong understanding of technical competencies in construction/engineering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR preferred
