Personal Collection Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Regulations Manager to lead our compliance initiatives. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end technical compliance, maintaining high standards of product quality, and ensuring regulatory readiness across the entire product lifecycle. As the guardian of our technical standards, you will collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and ensure our products meet all local and international requirements.
You will oversee the preparation and submission of technical documentation, manage product registrations, and conduct internal audits to verify compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Malaysian automotive or manufacturing standards and will be adept at communicating complex regulatory requirements to cross-functional teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end technical compliance process for all products, ensuring adherence to Malaysian Motor Vehicle Rules (MMSIR) and relevant industry standards.
- Oversee product quality assurance activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Manage the regulatory lifecycle, including product registration, certification, and renewal of technical permits with relevant government authorities.
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including test reports, compliance certificates, and technical service bulletins.
- Liaise with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and industry associations to stay updated on changes in legislation and upcoming compliance requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential regulatory gaps and implement preventive measures.
- Train and mentor staff on regulatory requirements and quality management systems to foster a culture of compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, technical compliance, or quality assurance within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian regulatory standards (MMSIR, ADR, DOT) and international quality frameworks (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Proven experience in managing product registration processes and interacting with government regulatory bodies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise technical reports.
- Project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
