We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Technical Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bacolod City. As a key bridge between our advanced IoT solutions and client needs, you will play an essential role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
In this full-time position, you will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and managing client inquiries. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and help businesses transform their operations through smart, connected solutions.
Your excellent communication skills and technical aptitude will enable you to explain complex concepts in simple terms, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and proposing suitable IoT solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and product documentation for client meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for prospective and existing clients.
- Manage and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to ensure seamless project implementation and after-sales service.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Support the preparation of sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in IoT, telecommunications, or IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of IoT concepts, connected devices, and smart solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work full-time in Bacolod City.
