Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare technical quotations and sales documentation for steel reinforcement products
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline data in CRM systems
- Coordinate between engineering teams and clients to resolve technical inquiries
- Process sales orders and manage inventory tracking for product availability
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities in construction sector
- Assist in preparing monthly sales performance reports and forecasts
- Support trade shows and client presentations with technical product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in technical sales support or clerical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic understanding of steel products, construction materials, or manufacturing processes
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced industrial environment
- Attention to detail with accurate data entry and documentation skills
- Valid Malaysian driving license (for client visits)
