Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive work plans, including daily, weekly, and monthly strategies.
- Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Engage in effective negotiation with customers to close deals and secure contracts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide accurate sales reports, feedback, and market analysis to the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in any field, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical consulting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
