Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions that align with their business needs.
- Execute strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market penetration across the Philippines.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our technical product portfolio and current market trends.
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiations and closing.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management to review performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine market landscape and industry-specific competitive environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation, target-oriented mindset, and resilience in a competitive sales environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to travel within Metro Manila and surrounding provinces as required by the business.
