Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating business needs into actionable engineering solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and project documentation for potential and existing customers.
- Conduct site visits to perform assessments, ensure compliance with project specifications, and facilitate smooth implementation.
- Actively participate in project follow-up activities to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to resolve technical queries and refine product applications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the region.
- Provide regular progress reports to management regarding project status and sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields).
- Proven experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or project coordination role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site coordination as required.
