In this pivotal role, you will manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that our hardware products meet the highest standards of performance and client satisfaction. You will act as the technical liaison, providing expert advice, troubleshooting, and support to our clients. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong background in engineering and sales to help us expand our market presence and maintain our reputation for excellence in the hardware industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline and drive effective lead generation strategies.
- Provide exceptional after-sales technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to understand product specifications and features.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and regular sales performance reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, after-sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware products and industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required by business needs.
