- Lead end-to-end technical sales cycles from lead qualification to contract closure
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized solutions addressing client pain points
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and solution architectures aligned with customer requirements
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities
- Train sales teams on product technical specifications and value propositions
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and emerging energy technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or similar client-facing role
- Strong understanding of power generation, transmission, or distribution systems
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
