Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Analyze complex customer requirements and propose customized engineering solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and R&D teams to ensure product feasibility.
- Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product developments.
- Travel to client sites for onboarding, training, and technical support as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales or a similar engineering support role (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, product lifecycle, and technical specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts.
- Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
