Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting in-depth product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients in the machine vision sector.
- Providing expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to existing customers to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborating closely with the R&D team to provide feedback on product features and market requirements.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Preparing detailed technical proposals, quotes, and after-sales documentation.
- Attending industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand market presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or a similar technical support role within the automation or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of machine vision systems, robotics, or industrial automation concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical jargon into clear business value for clients.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites and industry events.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
