Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales or application engineering within electronics/semiconductor industry
- Deep technical knowledge of electronic components including microcontrollers, sensors, and power management devices
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B technical environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools
