Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to address customer inquiries and understand their energy needs
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable solar panels, inverters, and battery storage solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design customized energy solutions for residential and commercial projects
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details in CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Business Management
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship in sales or renewable energy is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and battery technology is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
