Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or solution selling
- Strong understanding of industrial products and B2B sales cycles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel for client meetings
